Creating 3-way switches using SHIFT or MESSAGE SCROLL

Instead of toggling between two positions, you may want to scroll through three positions. There are a couple of different ways to do this, but they all involve either using SHIFT states or the Message Scroll feature. Here are some possibilities to get you started

Method 1. Scroll through three states with press (using Shift)

• Toggle Mode ON, and labels set:

• First define your messages to set the states:

• Then have a message for shifting up to the shift state from position (Mark the checkbox for whatever your current preset is)
• Sometimes, people want the very first press to not scroll to the next thing, but just engage the first preset. Use these messages at the end:
