# MC6 PRO LCD issue

Here's what to do if there is an issue with your MC6 PRO LCD i.e. Does not turn on or shows a blank white screen.

The issue is likely caused by the LCD PCB board coming loose from the connectors. 

| In subsequent productions when this issue was identified, we have added rubber spacers to prevent such an event from occuring. 

### Steps to check LCD issue
1. Remove the backplate

3. If it is, push it back down securely. You can add a dab of hot glue on where the connectors meet to prevent it from dislodging.
