Troubleshooting Bluetooth issues on Windows

If you have issues getting BLE MIDI to work in your Windows machine,

Check the Chrome Settings

In the Chrome browser, type “chrome://flags” into the address bar and then type “Bluetooth” into the search field. In the option that appears, select “Enabled” and then relaunch the browser.

Restart the Windows Bluetooth Support Service

• 1. Press the Windows Key + R together, type 'services.msc' in the dialog box that appears, and then press Enter.
• 2. In the Services window, find the 'Bluetooth Support Service' entry, right-click it, and choose Restart.
• 3. Make sure the Bluetooth Support Service startup type is set to 'Automatic' (right-click on 'Bluetooth Support Service', select 'Properties' and in the Startup type dropdown menu, select 'Automatic'.
