Keystrokes are not working
If you find that the Keystrokes are not working, here are some steps to troubleshoot:
You can use https://keyboardchecker.com
If you hit a key, you should see the key light up in the app. If your computer is receiving the keystrokes then it means that the issue is related to a setting in the software you are trying to control
Keystrokes is a USB protocol, so the MIDI controller needs to be connected to the computer via USB. Keystrokes do not get sent via the MIDI Outputs.
We publish 2 versions for each firmware.
MIDI + Keyboard USB interface
MIDI interface only
Check that the firmware you are using is NOT the MIDI Interface Only version. The MIDI ONLY firmware version will be suffixed with `A`i.e. v3.12.6A
